Info: The opening of a Jeroboam(3Litre) bottle of any wine is a memorable experience. But if the bottle is a Pessac-Leognan Grand Cru Classe de Graves, by Chateau Latour-Martillac, well that would just be magical & rare! We're doing just that & you're invited. With only 9 other guests. So fastest fingers first. To get the party started we'll be serving another 2 bottles of magnum(1.5L) Lirac wines & a huge piece of steak(300G) with roasted mushrooms as well as a cheese plate. But we all know what everybody will be waiting for... Also the opportunity to buy magnum bottles of the Lirac wines we're serving at a discounted price.

Info: Sashimi & Sushi is probably the favourite Asian food in Singapore other than Chinese. Amazingly, the number of Japanese restaurants serving a good & interesting selection of wine is pretty rare. But of course it makes perfect sense. Think luscious slices of salmon with a crisp chardonnay. Delicious. We have chosen to do it by our pool for this event rather than at the restaurant to emphasize the convenience of pairing wines with Japanese food at home. Come discover... Info: Did you ever think that Pizza goes well with wine? Well, a good pizza certainly does with quality sparkling wine. Think about it: Aroma of the freshly baked Pizza blending with the yeasty nose of the bubbly. The refreshing palate of the wine in contrast to the salty toppings. Delicious. We'll be serving sparkling from Bailly Lapiere, often seen as one of the best producers of Cremant de Bourgogne, we'll be featuring 3 sparkling beauties from this Burgundy producer who is located just 30km from Champagne.
